Sony ได้ประกาศรางวัลผลโหวตเกมยอดเยี่ยมประจำปี 2020 แล้วเรียบร้อย ซึ่งถือเป็นปีของ The Last of Us Part II ที่กวาดรางวัลไปมากถึง 7 สาขา และถ้าหากนับ Naughty Dog ที่ได้ Studio of the Year ด้วย ก็จะรวมเป็น 8 รางวัลทีเดียว
การมอบรางวัลในครั้งนี้มี 17 สาขา และมีจำนวนโหวตรวมแล้วทั้งหมด 2.5 ล้านครั้ง เป็นตัวเลขที่สูงมากสำหรับช่วงระยะเวลาการโหวตเพียงแค่ประมาณ 5 วัน
