Working the night shift is already unsettling, but Night at the Infirmary takes that feeling to another level. Each match begins in a lobby before your group is sent into a disturbing medical facility, where patients arrive one at a time. The problem is that not everyone may be who they claim to be, so you will need to stay alert while uncovering the clinic’s secrets.
As you progress, active Night at the Infirmary codes can give you free Traits and other useful rewards, making it easier to unlock stronger classes and improve your chances of surviving each shift.

Why Are My Night at the Infirmary Codes Not Working?
A code may fail because of incorrect spelling, capitalization, or spacing. Make sure it matches the version shown in the list, or copy and paste it directly into the game.
New codes may also fail on older servers that have not received the latest update. Rejoining the game through a newer server can sometimes fix the issue. When the code is correct and still does not work, it has most likely expired.
